Exercise Programs & Gym Rehab

Gym Rehab

For those recovering from sporting injuries, surgery, or chronic pain and wanting to return to the gym, Comet Healthcare offers Gym Rehab programs.

Sessions can be delivered onsite in our large activity space or at local gyms around town. Our programs are tailored to your goals, safely progressing your strength, fitness, and confidence.

Strength for Life

Comet Healthcare is an accredited Tier 1 Strength for Life provider. The Strength for Life program is designed for people 50+, or 40+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, to promote health, strength, and overall wellbeing.

The program runs across South Australia and aims to make strength training accessible, safe, and enjoyable. After an initial assessment with a trained physiotherapist, a tailored exercise program will be developed to meet your individual needs. Programs can be completed at home and in our Strength for Life group sessions, which are limited to 15 participants to allow for individual feedback and mentoring.
