HIRE ITEMS

Westside Physiotherapy have products available for hire / loan such as Moon Boots with weekly hire fee. Please contact us for more information.

• The borrower is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of equipment that is damaged, lost, confiscated or stolen from the time borrower takes equipment until it is returned to Westside Physiotherapy.
• Equipment will need to be returned by date specified on this agreement – failure to do so will incur an overdue fee of $2.00 per day until returned.
