As a Return to Work SA friendly provider, we can assess, diagnose and treat workplace injuries relating to the musculoskeletal system. Our therapists will establish patient goals, identify limitations to return to work and address psychosocial factors that may impact recovery. We work with specialists in workplace injury including occupational health physicians, rehabilitation consultants and other services which may be involved in your workers care.

We follow your worker’s injury from their first appointment to a safe and productive return to work. Comet Healthcare can utilise our range of services including hydrotherapy, gym rehabilitation programs and onsite job and workstation assessment to ensure the worker can return at their optimal level.

What do I need to bring?

Each Return to Work SA participant will need to provide our admin team the current details of your claim including claim number, work place contact and claim manager contact details. Bring your current work capacity certificate if you have been provided a copy. Any copies of imaging or reports relating to your current Return to Work SA claim.

Will I need to pay for the appointment?

No. If the appropriate information has been provided for invoicing you will not be required to pay any out of pocket expense.

What time should I arrive for my first appointment?

Please ensure that you arrive for your initial appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment start time. Additional questionnaires are required to be completed before commencing initial assessment. If you require assistance with any of the questionnaires our friendly admin team can support you.
