Before starting your journey on our Total Knee Replacement Pre-hab Program we ask that you fill in two questionnaires. These can be for your own personal use or you can choose to email through to our physiotherapist for monitoring. Both questionnaires should be completed at the start and end of the program. These measures will provide you with a scored or percentage improvement of knee pain and function that can support your own beliefs of progress.

The first outcome measure is the KOOS. This measure is specific to the knee joint and will ask you questions in relation to pain, symptoms and quality of life.

Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Measure (KOOS)

The second outcome measure is the Orebro Musculoskeletal Pain Screening Questionnaire. This measure is related to some pyschosocial factors that may limit or change your rehabilitation. We will talk more about these factors in detail throughout the program.
